iGo is an intelligent electronic application that helps career and independent producers submit life insurance cases quickly and in good order. The platform includes smart forms, carrier integrations, e-signatures, and real-time status tracking to reduce errors and speed up approvals. Hosted by iPipeline, iGo is available via single sign-on through your firm or a distribution partner.

To use iGo E-App, you must be a licensed life insurance agent and appointed with the carrier through CBIZ Individual Insurance Solutions. Access is available via single sign-on through your firm or distribution partner.

iGo E-Signature and Case Status Guide

Frequently Asked Questions

E-signature emails are sent from [email protected] on behalf of the carrier.

The 4-digit E-signature authentication number is pulled directly from the information entered in the iGo E-App. The client’s authentication number may vary depending on their signing role.

  • Log in to your iGo E-App account.
  • Click View My Cases.
  • Locate the desired case and click Case Details.
  • In the E-Signature Status section, the PIN/TIN/SSN displays next to each signer’s name.

Log in to iGo e-App and navigate to Case Details and E-Signer Status on the right side of the page.

Each signer is allowed three attempts to enter their authentication number correctly. After three failed attempts, access to the E-signature process is temporarily disabled.

Each E-signing party has the option to decline to E-sign within the system.

Log in to the iGo E-App.

Go to the My Cases Dashboard to view active applications.

The status column will show updates, such as Awaiting Consumer E-Signature.

For additional details, view the Status Information section within your case.
